Esprit de l'escalier

There is another man I need to add to the list…I know I said before that there are a few that I didn’t include because I knew it would make it too long…but this fellow cannot be overlooked.

Jared – I have known Jared for a long time, but it wasn’t until junior year that I think he even noticed me. Jared has many admirable virtues, one of the most notable being humblness and that’s why he will deny any of the good stuff I say about him. He is absolutely brilliant in every sense of the word and I love the conversations I have with him (when I can catch him!). He’s got a great sense of humor and is one of those people that is good at just about everything. To be quite honest, one of the reasons I didn’t include him in the list before was because I knew I could write so much about him and it would make the entry that much longer. He has a huge heart and is an incredible gentleman. I was always impressed with the way he used to treat his girlfriend in highschool. He treated her with so much respect and thoughtfulness. I could go on, but I think I should stop now before this gets too long.

I could write an essay about the great attributes I’ve seen lately in “Notable Men”. I can only pray that others will take the time to see such characteristics in the people around them, male and female.
