Esprit de l'escalier

I received an unusual message on my voicemail yesterday. (Well, I heard it for the first time yesterday; the call actually came in at 1 am that morning.)

“Hi, my name is Steve and I hear you’re hot. If you want to talk to me my number is *** *** ****. I’m hot too.”

So, since the call was made at like 1:17 am…I’m thinking the guy may have been drunk…or under the influence…or, perhaps he was serious? I dunno. Any guesses?

I heard a laugh in the background and it sounds a bit like a VEGAN laugh *hint hint*. So we’ll see. ha-ha.
